He has risen indeed

Yesterday, I went with my friend, Lynn Smith, to
our Easter Pagent at Immanual Bible Church. It was a very good program and we both enjoyed it.
Afterward, we went and had a nice dinner and then we went back and talked at Lynn's house.
All in all, a truely lovely day. As we talked, I realized how much my life had changed in this past two years. Things that once had been important to me, were no longer. We talked about movies and I realized that the type of movie I once had enjoyed, I didn't like anymore.
I use to watch mobster movies, westerns and wars but I don't watch them as much and certainly not the new ones. The old classics I can still
enjoy but not these bloody new flicks. What has caused this change..........? I think it is the fact that Christ has come into my life and He doesn't want all that garbage in there. I'm glad for this change. I'm grateful beyond belief for this new relationship that now means so much to me. And on this special Easter Day, this day that He rose from the dead, I say Thank You, Lord for your gift. He has risen indeed!!!!!!
