It's a Lupine Day!!!!!

Well, when you don't have roses, you have to substitute so these

look happy so I'm putting them in for roses. It was a great day

for the Lime Sublimes. We beat the Steel Magnolias and the notorious Pink Sox. Our record is 8-2 which is very good.

And we managed to do this without two of our major hitters.

Well done, oh you limeys.

I also enjoyed checking out some photos with my friend, Donna.

She is looking for pictures to paint and has hooked up with a marvelous wildlife photographer who has sent her some of his

images over the internet. He must be using a super lens because

he got really up close and personal with wolves, bears, birds,cougers,lynx, eagles, and owls. I am proud of many of my pictures but they pale next to this guy. It does make me want to keep trying.

Still, all in all, it was a great day. The rain(much needed, I might add) held off until after the games(Thank You , God) and all is well with the world( at least, my part of it).
