Another Lovely Day

Today is Wed and it is really nice outside. A little humid but pleasant. I heard from Donna who sounded like her old self again. She and her hubby, Ken, are off to Williamsburg to see her grandkids who are visiting there. I hope they have a great time.

For me, I will continue to work on my trip to Kentucky. We leave a week from tomorrow. I'm wondering how I will do. My body is not in the best shape. Lots of things hurt. I don't want to ruin this trip for Lynn. I hope I will be a good companion and not a disaster.

I'm not sure why I picked this picture for today but I like it. I took it Sunday at Meadowlark gardens. This was one of the insects I liked. The gnats are not. The butterflies take short flights when they are in the flower beds. Maybe that is my message: short flits instead of long ones. I will ponder that.
