New Windows

I'm getting new windows today and I must say they are really nice. My landlord is trying to upgrade the property which probably means a rent hike but I won't have to bare it for long. Poor Cashew was very upset with all the noise.

She is not great with changes either and boy is she in for a bunch. I will have to be very patient

with her and try to ease her anxiety. Ha! I'll be trying to calm her down while trying to calm me down as well. What a pair we are.

Last night was exciting for me because I went to the batting cages for the first time in 2 yrs. I haven't been able to bat because of my knees. Lynn Smith and I went over to Braddock cages and had a very good time. After we batted, we played minature golf. Lynn beat me but I didn't do badly. Also, she plays golf for real so she should be better. Sometimes, I wish I knew how to play but it is only a passing fancy. But this too could change. Like new windows and new ideas and who knows................fear of changes? Nahhh. Not yet!
