Occaquan Show
Today is the Occaquan Arts and Crafts Show dowm in the lovely historic town. Donna Turgeon and I are showing our art. Donna is a talented painter of scenes and birds
mostly along the coasts. She invited me to join her and is
letting me show my photography. Elinor has made me some beautiful labels and I have my album.
We set up Donna's tent last night with the help of her husband, Ken and her promoter, Joe Hakimi. Joe allowed me to show with Donna at his gallery last year and it was fun but he and I have a different idea of what looks good and what doesn't. I am not using the photos he framed for me because they are too heavy to carry. I will probably hear about this today but I don't care. This is about Donna and not me. If I sell anything today, I will probably faint.
Especially since I have only slept 2 hrs. This is going to be a rough day. I am suppose to meet Donna at her place at 6am and I am afraid to go back to sleep. Tomorrow will
be worse because I have to get Elinor to the airport by 545am. Then I have to go to church and the NURSERY. Then I am suppose to meet Lynn for the 930 service and then go back to Occaquan. I am gonna be dead. Oh well, rest in peace(I hope).
