This ain't my room

This ain't my room for which I am thankful but this is a part of my new home. It's not that I don't like the chicken room but I don't think I could live in it for any great time.

This will be the third house I have lived in during my entire life but it is a wonderful home. I am looking forward to making my share of a nest. Of course, there is also apprehension in moving there but I know it is a good thing. I just came back from Vancouver and I felt comfortable while I was there. It is a beautiful area. There are alot of photo opportunities. There is one shot in particular that I want to take. It is going across the bridge into Portland and you look to your left. There is the Columbia river with a little marina on the left bank and Mt Hood in the distance. That is a picture I must get.

Right now, I am back in Virginia and packing things up. It is a difficult time but it will be done.

I wonder what Cashew will think of the chickens? We shall see.
