Dismal

This is a picture of Alaska just out of Whittier. It
looks pretty dismal which is about how I feel.
Last Thursday, I hurt the feelings of a friend
and instead of talking it out then and there, we
just let it go. I have since tried to apologize but
she will not let it go. I certainly didn't mean to
inflict pain on this person. At the time, we
were playing a game but the damage is done.
The old adage-"Never let the sun set on your
anger" is true. It is easy to lose one's temper
and we all need to let go sometime, but be
big enough to say "I'm sorry". They are
probably the most important words you will
ever say.
