I Feel Good!!!!!!!!

I am hearing James Brown in my head singing "I Feel Good......

I Knew That I Would". There is no particular reason accept

that I am grateful for so many blessings that I have received.

I feel so glad that I have God in my life and that He spoken to me thru so many people. I am so grateful for my Sister and Brother because they always manage to put things in perspective for me. I am grateful for my friends who have added so much to my life. I am grateful to the ladies from Curves who

get me jump started each morning. I am grateful to my Boss for giving me a job I enjoy so much. And, most of all, I am grateful

to OA for being there so I don't have to deal with my weight by

myself. I spoke with a lady last night who is having such a hard

time. My heart cried for her because she doesn't have what I have. She is trying so hard but I don't think she has heard God.

Maybe her ears have a wax build-up. Whatever, I promised to

pray for her. I hope she can clean out her ears so that she will

hear her HP.

May the joy I have today seep over to her and may she know how it feels to "FEEL GOOD"!!!!!!!
