On the Road Again

We are off. Kentucky, here we come. Lynn and I will leave from

Reston at 3:30pm. I have been planning this trip for a couple weeks now and I hope I made good choices. We will try and get as far as Lewisburg, WV. It should take about 4 hrs. We won't be sightseeing today because there isn't really anything we need to see.

I am hoping to stay on my food plan. I think with the amount of sightseeing that I will be getting enough exercise. I do not want to gain. I know I can do this. I am asking God's help. He has never let me down and I know He won't this time.

I feel good about this trip and I feel good about me. Now that is a switch for sure.
