How Do You Define Yourself?

I went to my Bible Study class tonight and because it was only the second class, we were still getting to know one another. As a way to help this along, we were asked to look in our purses and pull out something that defines who we are. I haven't carried a purse in years so naturally, I had to go by what was in my pockets. As usual, all I carried was my driver's licence, my credit card, one dollar and my car keys. I figured that the keys probably say the most about me. I like to get into things. I certainly have gotten into myself what with seeing JJ for 15 yrs and having my sister dissect my brain, I have uncovered a ton of things about myself.

Keys also keep me safe in my home . They provide me with a means of travel so I can see new things, visit friends, go to work, etc.

Keys unlock doors as well. One such door was the one that led me to finding God and this Bible Study. So maybe, they do define me after all. It was an interesting challenge.
