What a Day!!!!

What an incredible day!! It started with a double header of softball. We played the Steel Magnolias first. Although we started out in the lead, we blew it and ended up by losing by two runs. It was a real close game. We regrouped and took on the Pink Sox. Our bats really came alive with two home runs, and we also had some great catches. The result was a win.
I ran home and took a shower and headed over to Debbie Newell's home where the Curve's Camera Crew was throwing a goodbye luncheon for me. Everyone brought salads and it was lovely. We enjoyed sharing things with each other as well as DW's pictures from Washington State(She took pictures of the San Juan Islands, Mt Rainier, and the Olympic Penisula) I can't wait to see some those places for myself. After a lovely lunch and a group photo, I left to catch up with Donna Turgeon. She was over in Burke at a gallery where she was displaying her art. She managed to make another sale, her second or third within two days. I am soooo excited about her success. I just know she is going to do well down in Occaquan.
It was a fantastic day.
